As always is the case with Natalie’s treatments, I left feeling so much lighter, brighter and more aligned with bubs!
I couldn’t recommend Natalie anymore, for treatment at any time but particularly when pregnant.”

Sound has been used as a tool for focused awareness meditation in many cultures across the world for thousands of years. Sound healing has the ability to alter brainwaves, synchronising the brain to connect to the space between the hertz of each sound, leading to a deep and meditative state of being. The sound is played around the receiver, who is invited to sit or lie in a comfortable position, supported with cushions and blankets.

Sound healing has been known to help with:

- Muscular pain and tension

- Reducing stress and anxiety

- Improving mood

- Increasing overall energy levels

- Lowering blood pressure.

This can be booked as a one to one, or for groups up to four people.

Thank you for a lovely session. I am still floating on air
